Virtual Coins & Purchases Policy

1) In-app purchases

SouthernAlpsPlay may offer optional in-app purchases (IAP) for virtual coins and related digital items. Purchases are processed by the platform you use (for example, Apple App Store or Google Play) unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout.

4) Spending and balance

Coin balances are tied to your account and are intended for use only within SouthernAlpsPlay. If you delete the app or change devices, restoring coins may depend on signing into the same account and the platform’s restore/purchase history features.

5) Cancellations and refunds (New Zealand)

Refunds and cancellations are generally managed by the store/platform that processed your payment and are subject to its terms. Where applicable, request a refund through your Apple/Google account.

New Zealand consumer laws may apply, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. If digital content is not provided as promised, is faulty, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a remedy. We do not offer refunds for change of mind unless required by applicable law or the platform’s policies.

If you believe there has been an error (e.g., duplicate charge, coins not delivered), contact us with your order receipt and account details so we can investigate.
